Victor performed VDC Management for the Gateway project as an employee of Turner Construction. His responsibilities included writing and managing the BIM Execution Plan and BIM Schedule, performing Trade Coordination and Scope Gap Modeling, supporting Superintendents and Field Engineers.

Victor performed VDC Management for the CMI Data Center project as an employee of Plaza Construction. His responsibilities included writing and managing the BIM Execution Plan and BIM Schedule, performing Trade Coordination and Scope Gap Modeling, supporting Superintendents and Field Engineers.

Parking Garage | 6-story, 1.2 million SF with 3,500 stalls served by automated parking guidance technology.

Victor performed VDC Management for San Francisco International Airport's Long Term Parking Garage No. 2 project while at Modulus Consulting, providing BIM consulting services to the General Contractor, Nibbi.

Victor led Trade Coordination, modeled the automated parking guidance system for prefabrication, and oversaw the exchange of Facilities Management (FM) data from all trades into the BIM for handover to SFO's Infrastructure Information Management (IIM) team. Additionally, Victor authored a comprehensive 30-page BIM Execution Plan, as perscribed by SFO's IIM team, to pilot SFO's recently updated BIM Implementation Guidelines.

Victor served this project at two stages of the design/build lifecycle. In 2013, Victor performed Mechanical Design as an employee of HDR Architecture then, in 2016, he performed VDC Management as an employee of Modulus Consulting, providing BIM consulting services to the Mechanical Trade, N.V. Heathorn.
